See the steps below to cancel your account with Stablepoint.
Please ensure to log into https://clients.stablepoint.com to get started. This will be the email/password you have setup when ordering.
Once you've logged in, please head over to Products & Services on the top menu.
You'll now be able to see the services you have with us, please click on the product/service you wish to cancel.
Once opened, go to Billing -> Cancellation options.
You can choose whether to "Cancel at the end of the current billing term" or "Request immediate cancellation".
Your plan will now be cancelled, if you think you've made a mistake, please contact our support team right away so we can reverse any changes for you immediately.
