Enhance provides full email hosting with webmail access and support for all standard email clients.

Creating an email account

  1. Log in to your Enhance control panel.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Emails.
  3. Click Add email account.
  4. Enter the mailbox name (the part before the @), select the domain, and set a password.
  5. Click Add.

Accessing webmail

Enhance includes Roundcube webmail. To access it:
  • Click the Webmail link next to any email account in the Emails section, or
  • Go to the webmail URL provided for your hosting and log in with the full email address and password.

Connecting an email client

You can use your mailbox with any email client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, iPhone, Android). Use these settings:
Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name. The mail. subdomain must point to the server — this is configured automatically when your domain uses our nameservers.

Forwarders

To forward messages from one address to another:
  1. In the Emails section, select the email account.
  2. Open the Forwarders tab.
  3. Add the destination address.
You can also create forward-only addresses that don’t store mail locally.

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t send mail: check the SMTP port is 465 with SSL enabled, and that SMTP authentication is turned on in your client.
  • Can’t receive mail: verify the domain’s MX records point to your mail server.
  • Mailbox full: delete old messages or empty the Trash and Junk folders.
