If I check the junk folder in roundcube webmail should I find any/every email that was caught by a spam filter, or is there another place I need to go to look for missing inbound emails?

I was a hostica customer for many years and they used to have a 3rd party spam filtering product for an additional fee. Is that something that still exists? I don't remember the name of it or how to access it :-( but I remember I had to go there sometimes to find emails that were sent to me that were filtered and I neverfound in my email client.
