# What is the average server specification?

Stablepoint uses a range of server specifications, primarily based on demand in a specific location or region.

## Typical shared hosting server

Our typical shared hosting server has:

* **CPU:** At least 32 cores (AMD Epyc, typically 3GHz+)
* **RAM:** At least 32GB
* **Storage:** 1TB+ SSD, usually NVMe
* **Network:** 1Gbps+ connectivity

## Capacity management

Raw specifications only tell part of the story — what matters is how many accounts share those resources. We manage capacity carefully to ensure servers are well matched to the workloads they handle, and we deliberately do not oversell.

Each cPanel account is also protected by CloudLinux LVE limits, which prevent any single account from consuming resources at the expense of others on the same server.

## Location variations

Because we operate globally across many data centers, exact specifications vary by location and server generation. Newer deployments generally exceed the typical specification above.

If you're seeing slow performance or want to know the exact specification of the server you're hosted on, please get in contact and we'll be happy to discuss it.
